New Sarum Singers Springtime Concert Sunday 06 April 2025

Event:  New Sarum Singers Springtime Concert - 3pm - Free admission and parking. The New Sarum Singers annual spring concert is a little earlier than usual this year. The concert is being held in support of a defibrillator machine for Bemerton Methodist Church, which will be a valuable piece of medical equipment in the community. The choir’s performance will include well-known works such as Mozart’s “Ave Verum Corpus” and the lovely “Cantique de Jean Racine” by Gabriel Fauré. This will be a musical delight for all the family so why not come along and enjoy it with us. We look forward to seeing you there. Musical Director: Lewis Edney. Accompanist: Mary Douglas. Plus Guest Student Soloists. The New Sarum Singers are a Salisbury based community choir who perform three times a year to raise money for local charities. As their motto Sing, Share, Support suggests, they are united by the simple act of coming together each week to experience the power and joy of singing in a group of women with a common bond. This concert will also feature the 2025 Andover Music Club AGM.
