The farm’s big barn will be sailing back into the 19th century and we will be treated to a show of traditional seafaring music played and sung by a seventeen piece band, all dressed in 19th century style costumes. You will be able to sing along to their massive range of songs – audience participation is definitely encouraged! Everyone will receive a copy of the Sunday Sailor, the band’s own newspaper, which includes sailing trivia, dancing instructions, and the lyrics to all the songs. The barn will be transformed into the inside of a 19th century sailing vessel for the evening. The Sailors went down an absolute storm in the barn last year and everyone had a really fun night, so get in quickly for tickets as we only have a limited amount on sale!! This is a standing event, although we will have benches outside the Big Barn to rest on in the breaks (and we can provide a couple of tables inside for those who need them)! The farm will provide a reasonably priced bar and BBQ. |
