Salisbury Musical Society: Handel’s Coronation Anthems

Salisbury Musical Society sing Handel’s four Coronation Anthems, commissioned for the coronation of George II in 1727. The anthems are: Zadok the Priest Let Thy Hand be Strengthened The King shall Rejoice My Heart is Inditing This concert will be conducted by the Cathedral’s Assistant Director of Music, John Challenger.
