Andover Music Club was founded nearly 70 years ago by Miss Gladys New, a well-known singer in Andover. The club has developed to become one of the best-supported in southern England with over 180 season tickets sold last year. The club presents six concerts every season with a wide range of music performed by professional artists.

Address: West Street, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 1AH Telephone: Box office: 01264 368368 Event: Andover Music Club present Isata Kanneh-Mason (Piano) - 7.30pm - Pianist Isata offers eclectic and interesting recital programmes with repertoire encompassing Haydn and Mozart, Fanny Mendelssohn and Clara Schumann, Chopin and Brahms to Gershwin and beyond. In concerto, she is equally at home in Felix Mendelssohn and Clara Schumann as in Prokofiev and Dohnányi. Isata is in high demand from concert halls and orchestras worldwide. Following her phenomenally successful concerto debut at the BBC Proms in 2023, she was invited to open the festival in July 2024 with the BBC Symphony and conductor Elim Chan, a performance which resulted in stellar reviews in the mainstream press. Isata appears as concerto soloist with the European Union Youth Orchestra and Iván Fischer in summer 2024 performing Dohnányi’s Variations on a Nursery Tune at Carnegie Hall, New York, the Grafenegg Festival, and Bolzano Festival Bozen. Its Artistic Directors, violinist Yuri Kalnits and cellist Julia Morneweg, had a vision to explore and perform a vast spectrum of chamber music repertoire with their like-minded and exceptionally talented friends, to promote mutual respect and empathy in the community through music-making of rare passion and generosity, and for audiences to be part of that shared experience. Daniele honed his craft under the guidance of Maestro Andrea Dieci, completing his Master’s Degree at Modena’s Conservatory with the highest honours - 110 cum Laude and Special Mention. Further studies at the School of Early Music in Venice and Giulio Regondi’s Academy in Milan shaped his artistic focus, grounding him in the rich heritage of classical and early music traditions.
