A civic procession of visiting Mayors and invited guests will leave the Guildhall in procession via Fish Row, Butchers Row, Minster Street and into St. Thomas's Church at approximately 10.15am with a fanfare played by the Salisbury City Band of the Royal British Legion. The Civic Party will then make their way from St. Thomas's Church via St Thomas Square and Blue Boar Row to the Guildhall for a private reception from approx. 11.20am. Maxwell is also an accomplished soloist, having performed throughout the United States, Austria, Germany, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.
