Salisbury Musick: Venice to Vienna

An exploration of early brass music and the natural horn. This 'coffee and cake' concert celebrates talented local brass players from Salisbury schools. They will take you on a fascinating journey from the Renaissance (including Gabrieli and Susato) to the baroque, with Handel's Fireworks Music. The concert will also feature a demonstration of the origins and development of the natural horn by local musician Laurie Truluck, and a performance of the Beethoven Horn Sonata.
