Poetika XLV - It's that time of year!

Spoken word and acoustic music open mic in Salisbury. Who'd have believed it - sunny in June! And what an inspiration for tales, verse and songs of long forgotten holidays, the beach, the field, the sea - of wished for adventure in dingley dell or foreign land, of discoveries, experiences, and (looking for an angle I could use here), loss... So the theme this month is the summer, holidays and summer holidays - though as usual they welcome any work of your own or that you like for you to perform on the evening. Starting at 7.30 as usual, in the function room upstairs at the Cloisters, Catherine St, Salisbury, on Wednesday 21st June (a donation of £2 to £3 is suggested towards the hire of the room.) Be there or be on holiday!
