Jon Walsh Blues Band
Variety of real slide, jazz and boogie blues in a mix of covers and original compositionsThe Jon Walsh Blues Band is a REAL blues band - not a blues-rock band, or a rock band disguised as a blues band. They play a wide variety of blues from the slide guitar of the Mississippi Delta to the boogies of Texas and the jazz blues of Chicago. They play many of their own songs, written by Jon, and also cover artists including Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Tampa Red, Freddie King, Albert King, BB King, Robert Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Bobby Bland, John Lee Hooker and many more.
