Venue: Queen Elizabeth Gardens map Address: Cranebridge Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP2 7TD Event: People In The Park: Echobirds + Becca Maule + Ribble + Joe Burke + The Elastic Uke Band + Maerefolk + Ukulele Vagabond + Evolution Choir + Signature Vision + Rosie Jay + Cava + M-Corp + Aurora + Foreign Haze + Ivy Park + more - 10am-4pm - People in the Park is a FREE un-ticketed event and consists of a mix of community group stallholders, food sellers, performers, local environmentally-friendly businesses, live music and guest speakers. It is an opportunity for the community of Salisbury to learn from each other, exchange ideas and generate plans for working together to help us all to create a more ethical, just and sustainable future for Salisbury. This year, the event comprises of two stages: Main Stage: Echobirds, Becca Maule, Ribble, Joe Burke, The Elastic Uke Band, Maerefolk, Ukulele Vagabond, Evolution Choir, Signature Vision. Youth Stage: Rosie Jay, Cava, M-Corp, Aurora, Foreign Haze, Ivy Park plus others to be announced soon. Main Stage is hosted by Alex and Ellen from Sounds of Salisbury. Venue: The Rifles Berkshire and Wiltshire Museum map Address: The Wardrobe, 58 The Close, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2EX Event: Folk Festival: Monkey See Monkey Do + Ukulele Vagabond + Wessex Folk Orchestra + Maerefolk + Romsey Ukulele Group + John Detains + Sean Mychal Rice + Red Stagg Morris Dancers + Fly Yeti Fly + Antoine & Owena - 11am - Folk music festival in the museum's walled garden. It will be a fantastic day, featuring folk musicians from the local area. There will also be trade stalls from local makers, folk dance groups, barbecue, and a bar! The music will be kicking off at 11am, with ‘Daytime’ performances going on until 6:30pm. Then there will be an ‘After Hours’ session, with performances from artists going on from 7pm until 10pm.
