Is it telling that you married a social worker? Wright navigates his audience through a warm and honest hour of poems and stand-up with the wit, pathos, and silliness that has made him one of the most popular live poets in England. This is a frank account of what it means to be someone’s child told by a performer who really knows what he’s doing. Expect raucous laughter, tear-stained cheeks, and a little smattering of drum n bass.

We hear how Ronnie's became neutral ground within rife gang territory and their scrapes with gangsters including the Krays who were rumoured to have taken Ronnie Scott “for a little drive”! Life at Ronnie’s is evocatively reimagined through tales of the club’s past visitors, from pop stars, film stars and politicians to comedians and royalty - but above all, the musicians… Mixing classic music from the jazz greats who have performed at Ronnie Scott’s over its incredible history, alongside tales of old Soho, miscreant musicians and police raids, this is a unique evening celebrating one of the world's most famous venues, its music, and history.

When a wealthy stranger offers him an all-expenses-paid trip to Italy to bring home his wayward son, Dickie Greenleaf, Tom leaps at the opportunity. But in the sun-drenched glamour of 1950s Italy, surrounded by shimmering waters and whispered secrets, Tom is seduced by the life Dickie leads—the freedom, the wealth, the effortless charm. Fascination turns to obsession, and as his grip tightens on Dickie’s world, the lines between truth and deception begin to blur. What starts as an innocent opportunity spirals into a chilling game of lies, identity theft, and murder.
