Event: Westminster Chamber Orchestra: An English Idyll - 7pm - For ticket details or more information visit billetto.co.uk/e/westminster-chamber-orche... - Britten, Howells and Finzi, plus works by Bantock and Armstrong Gibbs. The Westminster Chamber Orchestra returns to Salisbury for an evening of English String Music. They are delighted that George White, a former Salisbury Chorister and current orchestra member, will perform the beautiful Howells Elegy for Viola, Quartet and Strings. Continuing the exploration of unknown British Muaic, the concert will feature a work by Granville Bantock. £12 in advance, £15 on the door, accompanied children free of charge.
